Nicely done as a Cubist piece, Ben. I like the shapes and lines used – they show a good amount of variation and relating to one another. Varying the intensity of the colours is really nice, from the soft washes to the intense red and magenta. Focal point is a bit unclear (since we emphasized that this lesson), as the red diamond is in competition with the larger purple circle for one’s attention. The free floating lines point to the first however, so maybe that wins out. Maybe the eye’s journey makes this one work beyond a quick glance/summary. Hmmm.
